Refund & Return Policy – Rugvedi Saree

At Rugvedi Saree, we deal in wholesale and bulk saree orders. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before placing an order.


1. No Return / No Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of wholesale and bulk orders, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the order is confirmed and shipped.

However, returns may only be accepted in case of:

  • Damaged product received
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Missing items in order

Claims must follow the conditions below.


2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for return:

  • Unboxing video is mandatory
  • Product must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging must be available
  • Claim must be raised within 24 hours of delivery

Without proper unboxing video, return or refund request will not be accepted.


3. Damaged / Wrong Product

If you receive:

  • Damaged saree
  • Defective item
  • Wrong design
  • Missing piece

Please contact us within 24 hours with:

  • Order details
  • Unboxing video
  • Product photos
  • Package photo

After verification, we will:

  • Replace the product
  • OR Provide credit note
  • OR Issue refund (if replacement not available)

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are only issued in the following cases:

  • Product out of stock after payment
  • Wrong item delivered (replacement not available)
  • Damaged item (approved after verification)

Refund will be processed within 5–7 working days after approval.

Refund will be issued via:

  • Bank transfer
  • UPI
  • Original payment method (if applicable)

5. Non-Returnable Conditions

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Color difference due to lighting
  • Minor thread issues
  • Fabric texture expectations
  • Customer change of mind
  • Delay in delivery
  • Sale or clearance items

6. Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once:

  • Order is confirmed
  • Order is packed
  • Order is dispatched

If cancellation is accepted before dispatch, payment may be refunded after deducting processing charges.


7. Return Shipping

If return is approved:

  • Customer may need to ship product back
  • Return shipping cost may be borne by customer
  • In some cases, we may arrange pickup

This depends on case-to-case approval.
