We specialize in fancy, designer, and party wear sarees for retail and wholesale customers. All product images are for reference purposes only. Slight variations in color, design, or fabric may occur.

• Shipping charges are extra unless mentioned
• Bulk order pricing is shared separately

Orders are considered confirmed only after:

• Payment confirmation, OR
• Manual confirmation via WhatsApp / call

Rugvedi Saree reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability or pricing errors.

We accept payments via:

• Bank Transfer
• UPI
• Online Payment (if available)

Orders will be processed only after payment confirmation.

• Orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days
• Delivery time depends on courier and location
• Tracking details shared after dispatch
• Delay due to courier is not under company control

We follow strict wholesale policy:

• No return after dispatch
• Only damaged / wrong item eligible
• Unboxing video mandatory

Orders cannot be cancelled once:

• Order is packed
• Order is dispatched
• Bulk order has started

Cancellation before dispatch may include processing charges.

All products are subject to availability. In case of out-of-stock items:

• Replacement will be offered, OR
• Refund will be issued

Rugvedi Saree shall not be responsible for:

• Courier delays
• Minor color variations
• Incorrect address provided by customer
• Customer unavailable at delivery
• Transport damage after bulk bookin

All images, content, and designs on this website belong to Rugvedi Saree. Unauthorized use or copying is strictly prohibited.

Customers must:

• Record an unboxing video upon delivery

Returns are accepted within the stipulated return window as specified on the product page. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.

Once the return is picked up and quality check is passed, refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method or store credit, as applicable.

Refunds will be processed only after the returned item passes quality verification at our warehouse.

For prepaid orders, refunds are credited back to the original payment source. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed to your bank account after you provide the required bank details.

Users must create an account using accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete details may result in suspension or termination of the account.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials, including username and password. Rugvedi Saree shall not be responsible for any activity carried out through the user's account.

Each user is permitted to maintain only one account. Creation of multiple accounts by the same user may lead to suspension or permanent termination without prior notice

Rugvedi Saree may use OTP or other verification methods to verify mobile numbers or email addresses. Sharing OTPs with any third party is strictly prohibited.

Rugvedi Saree reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any user account in case of misuse, fraudulent activity, or violation of these terms.

Users may request account deactivation. However, the account will only be closed after all pending orders, payments, or obligations are fully resolved.

By creating an account, users provide consent to Rugvedi Saree to use their mobile number, WhatsApp number, and email address for marketing and promotional communications. This includes WhatsApp messages, SMS, calls, emails, special offers, discounts, festive promotions, new product launches, restock alerts, and brand updates.

Rugvedi Saree may use trusted third-party tools or service providers to manage and deliver marketing communications on its behalf.

Marketing communications may be personalized based on the user's browsing behavior, purchase history, preferences, or interaction with the brand.

Rugvedi Saree does not guarantee that every user will receive every promotional message, offer, or update. Rugvedi Saree shall not be held responsible for non-delivery or delayed delivery of communications due to network issues, DND restrictions, WhatsApp or telecom policies, technical failures, or other reasons beyond its control.
