9. Incorrect Address

Customers must provide complete and accurate shipping address. If incorrect address is provided:

10. Damaged or Open Package

Customers must record an unboxing video at the time of delivery. If package is damaged, opened, or torn, please contact us within 24 hours with:

Without video proof, claims may not be accepted.
